I seek financial backing for a guest house purchase in South africa, which SHOULD result in a ROI of approx 4 times the investment levels, after the year 2012.
This is due to several points...
1. sporting tournaments taking place there in 2010, 2011 & 2012, will result in improvements to infrastructures, facilities and transportation in those areas where these tournaments are to be held. This immediately increase the value of the properties in those areas (hereditary facts) and therefore the business will increase in value accordingly.
2. any financial funding made from sales between now and the yet to be decided sell on or development stage of this business will result in even greater financial rewards for my investors.
