We are an experienced group of tradesmen that have decades of construction experience. Recently, we decided to tackle the housing crisis in an attempt to bring back affordable housing. Leveraging our experience, technology, and connections, we've acquired the land, gained the approval of our local municipalities, partnered with realtors, and are ready to get to work. If we can acquire the funding needed to purchase our materials in bulk from our partners, we can drop the construction cost per sqft by nearly half and use that margin to benefit those in need of affordable housing.
