Moon House Enterprises Limited is looking for $4.6m funding to establish 5000 Acres of Oil Palm Plantation in the forest belts of Ghana in West Africa. The funding will mainly go into the land acquisition for the farm, palm planting seedlings and also establish an Oil Processing Plant. The viability of this project has been assessed to be very high due to the World Market Price of Palm Oil which is currently at $580 per Tonne. No investor will regret the investments that will be made into the project. There is a very big ready market both locally and internationally for the products of oil palm including Palm Kernel Cake and Palm Kernel Oil for heavy industrial usage.
My motivation for going into this project is that, as an exporter of agricultural products, I have overwhelmed by the insatiable demand for palm oil, especially from the international market. I am unable to meet the demand.
Repayment of the loan will be negotiated, but it should not go beyond 8 years.
