I sell. now i am moving in to real estate. my job is to find "fixer uppers" that will appraise for $30,000 more when fixed up.
the house im looking at is $20,000. it will take $16,000 to bring to perfect condition (new kitchen, bath, roof, etc. It has comps within 1/2 mile for $59,900.
I would like to keep intrest to 10%. I will turn this house within 90 days by taking out a mortgage and putting an an in the paper:
