Description: I am a small business consultant in New Jersey working with a software start up client start up. We are helping them to acquire seed money allowing for the full launch of their very powerful industry specific software (SAAS). The vertical, the concrete and paving industry to start, has a very strong need for their solutions and the initial build has performed wonderfully for those participating in testing. We will also be working with them post funding to create and carry out the marketing materials and strategic plans in order to grow properly and significantly upon receiving the needed funds. The founders are willing and ready to provide various options to ensure comfort and confidence in the ROI potential. The options on the table are: -A unique, but powerful royalty based return. Within this system the founders would provide a return over 2-5 years based on a monthly revenue based royalty payout. Dependent upon your total investment you wold receive a percentage of revenue each month for an agreed upon amount of time. A guarantee will be in place assuring that at minimum your initial investment is returned, but if sales grow as anticipated your return will increase significantly. The founders may be willing to convert the open balance to equity during future funding periods as well. -A SAFE (Simple Agreement For Future Equity). A simple agreement that can be made in any amount (we are seeking a minimum of $50,000 per SAFE). This will allow for the money to start working towards the growth and infrastructure needs giving an investor the ability to purchase equity once an true valuation can be in place typically in a second round of funding. -Equity based on an agreed upon valuation. This would be discussed further during future communications, but we have set parameters that will be very attractive to early investors.
