I know where I can buy seven houses right now. way below appraisal, they need a little cosmetics and they will sell fast they are around the college. for example one of them. 2500 sq. feet 4 bed 1 bath fenced yard buy it for 85,000.00 put 15,000 in it i have the workers and know how fix and sale it for 160,000.00 easy. I have four kids and 3500.00 a month just isn't enough to take care of them I need a better income. please give me the benefit of the doubt. I will not let none of us down.
