My husband and I have been catering for the last 4 years in our home and decided to take the plunge and move the business to a sTore front shop. Where clients can come in and look at menus and see what services we can offer. So my husband and use what money we had to get a shop that we lease out and so of th required equipment needed and funding ran out we still need to get a plumber & electrican out to install sinks, exhaust, grill etc. plus FUnding to get things started and ofF the ground. We have done advertising in the phone book internet, plus for our shop and this was quite expensive. We are looking into a angel investor or slient partner to get us fully operational.
