Description: This Participation Opportunity will be of interest to the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Entrepreneur seeking financing. Computer Technology Sales Consultants (CTSC) is a federally incorporated Canadian Corporation headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. CTSC management has over 25 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the competitive B2B and B2C Computer Technology marketplace. They currently have preferred relationships built over many years with Global and National Computer Manufacturers and Suppliers, specifically in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, THE OPPORTUNITY. Leveraged Cash Flow Solution for SME. Minimum: $20,000.00. Maximum:$400,000.00 An opportunity exist for SME to create a monthly Cash Flow Solution by leveraging the Credit Insured Purchase Order Financing Strategy of CTSC. HOW IT WORKS. - SME will submit the Cash Flow Solution Request for Prequalification by CTSC. - - SME will apply for a Credit Facility with the selected Supplier of the Computer Technology. (Seller) to purchase the inventory. - The Credit Facility will be secured by the Credit Insurance Provider. Terms of Payment will be negotiated from 30 to 60 days. - CTSC will enter into a Purchase Order Agreement with the SME to purchase the Computer Technology Inventory at a predetermined market value for resale to its qualified Buyers. Net payment terms of 30 days. - CTSC will receive Requests for Quote (RFQ) and Purchase Orders from the qualified Buyers. Terms of Payment are COD and/or net 15 days. CTSC will complete the Purchase and Sale Cycle between the Sellers and Buyers and disburse the agreed Cash Flow Solution Proceeds to the SME. CTSC seeks Accounts Receivable, Factoring and Bridge Financing Resources to monetize the Credit Insured Purchase Orders Portfolio.
