I'm looking to finish my last year of culinary school. While finishing school, I would like to start my very own Catering and Personal Chef business, along with a Food Truck as well. In the future I would also like to open a farm to table Southern Cuisine Restaurant in Philadelphia and serve the Delaware Valley.
This would be easy to start because the school I will be attending in Philadelphia has several request for clients looking for Personal Chefs. Philadelphia and the surrounding areas is an excellent choice in this market because it has a new thriving culinary scene and because of the thousands of people who are foodies.
Philadelphia has a large tech market as well, and social media will have a huge impact on my business. During the last few years I have been laid off from two jobs and do not want to ever experience that situation again. I look forward to having my own business and doing something that I love. I want to serve healthy Southern Cuisine to clients and customers off the street.
