We purchase at auction, storage units that people have lost to the storage company for non-payment of rent. We break the contents of the units down into flea market items, auction sale item,ebay items,or yard sale (URL removed) goal is to consolidate our buisness under one roof and resale the items in an retail setting. Our problem is that we are a limeted retail market, pop. in a 25 mile radius is less than 30,000. We propose to move to central florida where there are large numbers of storage companies and Fla. law requires that the storage lein merchandise be disposed of at public auction, with a (URL removed) over 500,000 in a 40 mile radius.
