Description: We are an energetic restauranteur couple. Arthur an Escoffier -trained chef, which makes him a master at sauces. It is the biggest waste of time and talent he has ever encountered. The owners are clueless and do not even know what they have in him. An International food critic happened up ther and she tasted his food and interviewed him and asked why he was even in there. After meeting the clueless owners she asked Arthur for a private interview. At this time she met me 30 years in the restarant business and discovered Arthurs' background and wondered why we did not have our own restaurant. We explained to her that we are waiting on an investor. She says any investor who takes a chance on this chef will be rich. She flies all over the world as a food critic and is in International marketing and as soon as we get this restaurant she is interested in marketing Arthur to the top. Because as she put it. He will rival them all. I have a business plan and a recent write of Arthur with Ron Olmstedt of Tempe Arizona. We cannot wait for the roght guy to see the vision and get started. The business plan is genious and between Arthur's food and the recording studio, the restarant will be filled with big name bands.
