We are starting a recycling plant to recycle over sixteen million wine bottles per year. This project has been attempted in the United States once before but it failed for a number of reasons. The main reason we believe is because it was ahead of its time. We have been given permission to do this by the State of Texas, namely the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission, the TABC.
