Vibrantly Fresh, Inc."Changing Tomorrow, Today" (Trademarked) is a consulting firm that specializes in restoring and redefining a brand for residential care communities by assisting them in restructuring their activity and dietary departments. Our company is building its structure in order for us to have multiple avenues of creating revenue, however, there is a great need for what we do. Through the Assisted Living Federation of America, I found out that there is a national company trying to figure out how I have done what I have done with regards to the menus that we are in the mature process of developing, but they cannot figure out how to go about strategically doing this. We have 3 parts to our company that we would like to see go into fruition. That being said there is a a model method patent is developed in order for our competition to be held accountable if they were to duplicate it. I want to protect us in all ways possible from that. 1) Market our packages that we offer in both the departments of dietary and activities that meet the needs of the demand that is being asked by healthcare professionals in today's residential care communities. 2) Build our brand and be able to offer cooking classes for kids with special needs, special diets, Kosher diets, Halal diets, Gluten Free/Dairy Free meals to go, baking classes and cooking classes for families and date nights. I would like to do this while I consult in order to provide a second avenue for revenue. 3) We would like to have our own vibrant communities utilizing all of what our partners have to offer including but not limited to green houses, buzz time, our activities, fine dining, wonderful food, and linens, and plates that have been provided to us by the partners that we have contracts with, and our last one to sign with is buzz time. I cannot imagine a better place for residents to be, a better home away from home for them than those whose family members and residents choose ones that are owned by Meschan Healthcare, a home away from home. I wish to trademark that by the end of the year.
I get asked many times how I got started in this business. I was a dietary manager, then I consulted, I have helped open restaurants, and I can open restaurants and keep them moving forward with my eyes closed. I was in the restaurant industry or parts of it for over 14 years prior to obtaining my certification for professional service in the dining room, a sommelier, a WSET certification from the wine service education and trust organisation out of London, and I have a BS degree in Food Service Management and a culinary degree. It is these people that deserve to have better food and do fun things where they live, and they deserve to live well as they are beautiful people. Most of the time the residents feel like a family a never had, and I want a business that gives back to them. It is a pleasure to share this with all of you. I am listed as the President and CEO, but I am the founder of this company, the Executive Chef, the damage control person, the fighter, the believer, and the person that makes sure that we are always upholding the highest standards of business ethics on all others. I hope to hear from investors. I would like to give a percentage of this, and prove myself as it the company grows. I have to have capital, and that is on an as needed bases. I am looking at a minimum of 35,000 needed to get this moving throughout Metro-Detroit which has 622 adult foster communities.

Our goals are to be able to build a consulting company in the area of Metro Detroit which currently has 622 adult foster homes to date. We prefer to offer packages to our clients in order meet their specific needs in order for us to put our focus in multiple places.

We are not just a consulting firm as we believe in having revenue in 3 different places, in additional to residential care communities, we are planning to be able to consult for hospitals and treatment centers. A person with alcoholism should not be on the same diet as a cocaine addict. We are just not ready to be able to consult for large accounts such as those without me having partnered with a culinary school and trained the staff. I am looking at 2 culinary schools at this time as the people that come on board with us must be trained in cooking, and must have a minimum of a culinary degree to be able to consult, and go through the training with me. The 3 avenues would be consulting, cooking classes/birthday parties for special diets throughout the communities, and owning our own homes under a separate entity.
