Football 4s is a new community based football programme that encourages young people to participate in organised leagues from all areas and backgrounds in the 4v4 format. Many young people are missing opportunities to participate in football due to parental pressures, an emphasis on winning and unfair and biased judgements on team selections. We aim to put this right by setting up the largest league formats and greater opportunities to play. The organisation is in its infancy and has UEFA licensed professional coaches on the board.
