We are in service station industry since 1989 and been successfully operating several ExxonMobil franchises. We also developed three service station in last three years.
Our strategic place to build / acquire service station is in west coast and south florida. By the end of 2009, Florida epa regulation requires to update all location with double wall glass fibre tank/dispenser replacementwhich is so costly that 50% of the total stations that needed this upgrade maynot afford the cost. Therefore there will be a great business increase due to close down of older small stations.
We wanted to take this advantage and build/acquire several sites with an investor.
