We perceive an opportunity to bring professionalism to the market, creating a strong and profitable business. Effectively we offer the opportunity for investors to generate returns of on average of 24% per annum. Transactions are secured with title deeds to property, which are effectively ‘sold’ to the investor at the point of drawer down, with the transaction registered with the relevant Land Office, as with any property sale. Within the contract, the original owner has a buyback option at the end of the contract term. If they are unable, unwilling to re-purchase the property, the transaction is completed in favour of the investor who is free to sell the property on with the possible 40-45% extra profit. At present we are considering projects from as little as 10 million THB for an individual, up to a resort requiring 300 million THB. At the moment we are servicing enquiries for over 500 million THB. We have a number of investors already involved, but we would like arrangements with many more allowing us to cover a broader range of prospective business.
