Rich Scott design Studios reclaims furniture and old wood from barns and old homes throughout the north and south east. I clean it are modify it and shape into pieces to be used as office and residential furniture. Some of the products I get are free so the cost is low and the margin astronomical. An example of this would be 2 henredon chairs which when new sold for 1200-1500. I got them in very good condition as someone was throwing them away. my cost to restore and replace fabric was 85.00 and sold them to a friend who had to have them so I gave them a break and asked and got 250.00 each. this is great for those who want to save money and go green!
