I have a 3200sqft, 106 year old, 5 bedroom home in the park. I need $120,000 investment capital for landscaping, furnishings and a kitchen remodeling. We are 1/2 mile from the lake on the third hole of a class A public golf coarse. The home has been renovated in all areas; i.e., plumbing, heating, electrical, floors, bathroom ( including a 3 person whirlpool), crown moldings, living room fireplace, etc.. Upon till last summer I have been renting rooms out on 6 month lease. we have never had a vacant room.
In 2014 I ran a test program on AirB&B and was booked two month out within 3 weeks. Daily rate range from $35 to $100 per night relative to time of year, festival season, and guest room selection. Room bookings alone could produce 4000 to 12,000 per month. Special events would only enhance this income.
The corporate head quarters of Ladish Corp, Caterpillar, and Northwest Mutual Insurance are all within2 miles of our house. Mitchell Airport is 3 mile straight up the road. And Milwaukee's Summer Fest Grounds are due north on Lake Drive a 15 minute drive.
We have connection with the local community and the PAC which allows us to product high level House Parties and Private Parties. There are two catering companies that will service our facility if needed. We have two Uber Driver available as well. This is a quiet, elegant location primed for the development of a landmark destination site.
