Description: Greetings from a 50+ Year Business Aviation Veteran, Jet Pilot, and Entrepreneur Rick Eriksen. I hope your day is going well. I am grateful to share I have flown over 21,000 hours as a PIC (pilot in command) and co-founded two highly successful aviation companies. 1. Midwest Air Charter in 1969 which is known today as DHL. 2. Jet Support Services, Inc (JSSI) in 1988. Today JSSI is the most significant Non-OEM jet engine service plan supplier in the world. Having established a bona fide ability to recognize an opportunity in business aviation, I strongly recommend creating a Las Vegas-based Business Aircraft Showroom. My initial recommendation would be to locate in one of the high-end casinos such as the Bellagio, Caesars Forum, or Venetian. To better understand what this might look like, the following link is one version of the concept I am considering (URL removed) A facility such as this located in an area inhabited by affluent people with plenty of relaxing time is brilliant. There is no doubt this is the perfect setting and relaxed atmosphere to sell/broker jet and turboprop aircraft. As well as numerous related services from insurance, maintenance programs, to fuel cards. Once established we would then generate more such venues in other high-end areas such as Chicago (Michigan Ave), NYC, Etc.. Additionally, in the background, we will use this same facility to generate significant charter business as a national broker and sell many other aviation connected products including our Executive AirPower Program (URL removed) . I estimate the cost to create the necessary environment to be $1.5 million. These funds would be used to design and built out the store as well as pay rent, salaries, furnishings (which will also be inventory/products for sale (URL removed)), create the website for both the store and the charter brokerage, and all other associated costs. The $1.5 million will be paid back in the first year plus a profit and will return plus 300% ROI in the first three years. Additionally, I have been contacted by BizAvJets (Business Aviation Advocacy Entity) regarding a reality TV show concept using the store as their base. The show would be a source of endless advertising and interest. Also, we have been granted exclusive rights to sell Boeing products.
