Prior to then, he held positions as Engineering Technician performing quality assurances and construction controls for many new construction and redevelopment projects in the metropolitan DC area after he attained professional expertise in the construction technologies and services industries.
He conducted several leadership consults in the proposals and applications for Federal Funding for re-development and construction planning processes. His national experience includes Organizational Space Development, Facilities Change Management and Strategic Planning for nationwide Local Housing Agencies in several states. Recently, he served as Project Management Lead for several GSA PBS Office Leasing and Build-out projects. Currently, he serves as Principal Program manager and President for the proposed business expansion and he consults and proposes on Facilities Development and Capital Improvements with strong focuses on strategic planning, facilities improvement, property development, use change management, and market development.
