Global Capital Resources is an international private lender that underwrites and executes private placements of major loans from US$1 million to US$500 million or more for qualified borrowers. We offer the following terms and conditions:
Interest rate tied to the LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) – not the U.S. Prime Rate. The current U.S. Prime Rate is 6.00%. Many borrowers pay Prime + 2 points (8.00%) or more plus fees (6.00% Prime + 2.00% = 8.00%).
The current 1-year LIBOR is approximately 2.75%, and the current 5-year fixed LIBOR is approximately 3.75%.
