Description: In the automotive industry, one of the biggest complaints that customers have is the fact that car deals take too long and there are several hidden parts of the transaction. In this day in age, customers have more access to vehicle values, financial interest rates, and the largest selection of inventory published online. There should be no reason that a dealership should not be able to complete a transparent transaction. A customer should have the knowledge of the vehicle's sale price, the interest rate, all documents related to the sale, and the types of ancillary products they are purchasing.  On the other side of the dealership, in the service department, reconditioning is something that I have noticed most dealer owners don't take seriously. I have a passion for making sure that all vehicles listed for sale are dependable and meet all safety standards, and that when a customer purchases the vehicle it is strictly sound, maintained, and safe. I feel that customers, when they purchase a vehicle, should have no need to worry about any maintenance before their first oil change. Now there will always be issues with used cars that are out of our reconditioning control, but we set up a goodwill account in accounting to help offset these costs.  These concerns of a dealership are the key factors in selling a trustworthy vehicle to the public. I feel that working directly with the sales and service departments to get these key concerns under control, the dealership will be a complete success.
