I am looking for partner , investor, or buyer of my 2 acres grow facility. I have 30x30 pullbarn with running water and electricity,that is only used for bloom , 25 1000 wt bulbs . Went all out 3 layers of insulation, you don’t even need a heater in winter . The barn is surrounded by 10ft fence with barb wire . You could easily grow 200 outdoor plants . I have a newly remodeled 3 bedroom house which has a basement we’re I veg in. 15 veg lights. Plus’s I have extra room with 6 LED lights , I currently use as a Auto room . Best of all I have solor panels with a batter / generator if the power goes out your plants we’ll be ok . I been growing for 6 years at my old house that had 4 bedrooms . I loved it so much I bought house with property 10 mths ago . Everything is still brand new . I am looking for a partner / investors to hire crew to work everything. I have been doing it myself, I need a vacation.!! I we’ll be using the money to get 200 plants license. Since my land is Agriculture / residential. Which I was looking to grow CBD . I am happy to sell for the right price . Everything is paid for , except I need a new air conditioner for barn . Hope to find that lucky person soon .
