The town of Salem is growing very rapidly, and does not have a bakery of any kind. There is a new high school being built across from the location that I have chosen for my bakery. While other small bakeries exist within a 30 mile radius, there are none that offer unique breads and pastries, or that serve the growing population of young people. This would be a hometown business with a European cafe look and feel, the only one of its kind for over 20 miles in all directions.
