Spring 2021 harvest will soon be here. Vertical Enterprise LLC (“Vertical”) seeks passionate, energized & highly active financial partners to “go vertical” & help fuel/launch their voyage to become the dominant multi-state provider of premier, artisan cannabis in the Midwest.
Vertical is a vertically integrated, licensed Missouri medical marijuana cultivation, infused product manufacturing, and dispensary (retail) company. They seek $ 6.1 million in capital to polish off the build-out/start-up of their 60,000 square foot, cutting-edge cultivation, production & dispensary facilities in St. Joe. By design, Missouri will be a limited supply market of only 330 licensed firms to limit price gauging competition, along with a tax structure intended to encourage the legal alternative. The Vertical team is experienced operational, financial & regulatory/legal experts within the legal cannabis space. The initial $ 5.8 million in seed capital was funded by several highly successful, entrepreneurial business owners who also serve on their Board. By leveraging the statutorily advantageous, pro-cannabis Missouri system & regulatory climate, Vertical will implement a strategic & operational model:

Seed to sale, integrated control of the cultivation, production & dispensary processes using highly-advanced methodologies, process controls and technologies to ensure optimum standards of performance are consistently met, efficiently and responsively provided to drive superior financial performance and investor returns. Projections are to quickly reach stability within 24 months; exceeding $ 25 million in revenues, $ 16 million EBITDA with estimated enterprise asset valuation inference exceeding $ 33 million.
This unique strategy, the initial NW Missouri HQ locale ideally positions Vertical to expand within Missouri but also via multi-state operations (“MSO”); in bordering states as well as the south in targeted, comparable restricted license markets. Within a very easy two-hour drive, St. Joe can extend to more than 4 million people residing in four adjacent states.
