It is a sports management company focusing primarily on tennis players. We currently are working with 6% of the top 100 players in the world. We want to expand, but feel we need a facility for our athletes to train. We have found a very well known and successful tennis academy which we would like to base our company out of. The tennis academy already has a very positive cash flow and we plan on adding a homeschooling program which will nearly double the revenue. The academy and its club is for sale at 5.5 million. We need approx. 8-10 million for the purchase of the club,improvents and additions, traveling expenses, etc. We currently have a investor interested but want to have a backup in case.
