It is a Sports program that allows children,teens and adults to find better ways to occupy thier time by mataining thier health and staying out the streets and in great condition. This is a "running" program and consist of cross country, and track & field events. This program will be held year around for those who are working toward big dreams such as US Nationals or World Nationals and even better the Olympics, yet a primarly expanded section will be held every summer for those who are preparing for the upcoming school year events.
