hi.
for the past year and a half i have been manufacturing chocolate out of a garage and selling it to a distributer in LA ( 45,000 sales)therefore i have equipment some invontory and experience to the table.
i have just leased a a store front on 7th avenue in Park slope. i have used all of my money to secure the property adn am currently trying to start construction.
i will be opening a chocolate dessert caffe.
when you come in you will first see the hot chocolate bar. 20- flavors, homemade wipped cream... and desserts. on your way to the seating area you will pass through the gourmet chocolate section. that will be filled with endless chocolate possabilities such as truffles and novelties for every occasion. when you do get to be seated you are in for a real treat. my kitche
