I am opening a small restaurant in Centennial Hills, Las Vegas, NV. This is an up and coming area witha a new hospital and less than 1-mile from the location of The Malls of America expected to open in 2009. The location, Centennial Spriongs is a suburban mixed use destination that will house retail, restaurants, and live work space. This restaurant will be unique in it's customers can order a day in advance so that their meals are ready everyday at the same time or they would call at least 30 minutes in advance to place their orders. Our take out lunch's are cold as to lower cost. Our Bar-B-Que is the only Bar-B-Que in a 20 mile radius.
