Description: COMPANY DESCRIPTION Level Four Fashions is a LLC founded and operated by Vernon Warren. Level Four is a Menswear retailer catering to the vastly underserved urban male professional who values a positive self image – from the office to the evening, leisure activities. We will be located in the uptown area of Portland, OR home to a number of businesses, restaurants, upscale shopping, urban living and a variety of leisure activities catering to business professionals. Level Four is a pre-existing brand, formally located at SOHO Boutique a progressive women’s boutique located on NE Broadway in Portland, OR. The pilot location generated an enormous buzz in the local market and a faithful patronage, established client base. The pilot provided a sounding board excellent proof of concept to validate our business concept prior to full operation. During the pilot we were able to establish business practices for full operation; test market brands and marketing vehicles, solidify contract arrangements, payment terms with supplier and trial run process for day-to-day store operations. MISSION: Level Four Fashions mission is to offer quality, progressive menswear and a premier level of customer service catering to the diverse lifestyle and individuality of our male customer. Our target customer has discriminating taste and sense of self-image. Level Four will provide a serene balance between an inviting, lively environment and exclusive mix merchandise that can’t be found without traveling to neighboring major markets such as Seattle, San Francisco, LA or NYC. The store’s environment will emulate that of our customers interests and desires; ranging from music and art, to sports and entertainment that is appealing to their lifestyle. Level Four will offer internationally recognized upscale urban brands outfitting the "Urban Professional" from head to toe; including apparel and accessories featuring business, casual wear that the "Urban Professional" can wear to the office, out for drinks and dinner with friend or clients, or casual wear for around the town. This creative approach will appeal to our clientele offering them a shopping solution to meet all of their fashion needs. We will reach our customer’s through a combination of well executed in-store promotions, direct mail and a variety of print campaigns. On-going communication with our customers will become a vital part of continuing to grow our business, as this growth is strongly tied to our customers changing fashion needs. We will maintain a strong relationship with our customers through offering in-store styling services, personal shoppers and in-house tailoring.
