WriteMD LLC has already developed an integrated EHR that is ready to be certified by the Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology (ONC-ATB), which is appointed by the Centers for Medicare (CMS), for ‘Meaningful Use’ in a few weeks. After this milestone this product will be ready to be sold as a client server model and as an ASP model.
WriteMD LLC is seeking up to $ 5-15 million as investment in return for an equity ownership in the company to achieve the targets laid out in this business plan. These funds would be utilized under the guidelines of this plan to increase the functionality of the products, secure working capital for operational needs and to expand our market share. Projected total revenues are $ 5 million for first year with a total sale of 350 EHR / PMS Units (0.2% of Actual EHR Buyers) at a conservatively price of 15K. In the subsequent years the projected yearly revenue is increased to $ 17 million to $ 25 million with an increase in the number of EHR / PMS units to sell to 1050 units (0.8 % of Actual EHR Buyers) per year.
