We're developing a web-application to bring enterprise-grade electronic document discovery and evidence review tools to small law firms, small businesses, and individuals for use in collecting and organizing evidence for court. Most products in this sector serve very large law firms. We've collected a team of skilled software developers who also have extensive experience with the multitude of enterprise products on the market.
Competitors offer $10k/yr software which also needs on-site servers, IT staff to secure and maintain them, and skilled operators to process documents in those enterprise suites.
Our securely hosted subscription platform will bring those same tools and best practices within the reach of everyone else.
Primary sales: small law firms purchasing bulk licenses, billing to their clients. Secondary: Small businesses and individuals; Direct sales to those who are involved in litigation, such as patent infringement, wrongful termination, or personal divorce cases.

We are seeking for $150k in pre-seed funding to pay our developers for their work while waiting for profit-sharing options to become available upon product release. Our product is in sketch/early build stages - MVP release is expected within 2-3 months.
